Design & Engineering
Every project starts on paper. We work from the process requirement back to a buildable design — sizing the equipment, laying out the plant around the space available, and producing the drawings the manufacturer and the site team both work from.

02 — Fabrication
Fabrication
Equipment is manufactured to the drawings by established partners, inspected before it ships, and built to the tolerances the process depends on rather than to whatever is quickest. Standard items and one-off pieces are handled the same way.

03 — Installation
Installation & Commissioning
Installation is planned around your production, not the other way round. We sequence the work to keep disruption to a minimum, commission the line once it is in, and hand it over with the documentation to run it.

04 — Maintenance
Maintenance & Support
A processing line earns nothing while it is stopped. We cover both planned servicing, so wear is caught before it becomes a breakdown, and reactive callout for when something fails anyway.
